The ski helmets Dainese are designed around the skier's head, providing maximum protection and lightness, with a functional and high-performance design. ELEMENTO is the benchmark for lightness and protection. Its lightweight and durable polycarbonate shell and EPS inner lining can absorb the most violent impacts and exceed the strictest European and North American certification standards (CE EN 1077 type B and ASTM F-2040), all while keeping an extremely low weight. The large central ventilation holes are positioned at the point of greatest air pressure and help channel airflow inside the helmet, directing moisture and excess heat outside. The interior of the helmet features a warm and breathable thermoformed lining, making the helmet very comfortable and allowing for quick absorption of sweat and moisture. The geometry of the ear pads is inspired by auxetic shapes found in nature, which expand in all directions when subjected to impact or stress. Soft and breathable, they fit comfortably while allowing you to easily hear sounds from outside. The helmet is equipped with a secure and easy-to-use clip fastening, even when wearing gloves. The goggle support is made of silicone, with a handy metal button.
